A cidade foi tomada por dinossauros e agora eles mantêm reféns. Em DinoZ City, a continuação da série, você precisa resgatar cientistas e policiais capturados. Diferente do jogo anterior, aqui é possível usar veículos blindados para enfrentar os répteis. O jogo oferece dois modos: um jogador solo ou cooperativo para dois jogadores. Cuidado com as armadilhas deixadas pelos dinossauros inteligentes e derrote o chefe final para vencer.

As instruções de como jogar DinoZ City são simples. No modo cooperativo, o Player 1 usa as teclas WASD para se mover, F para atirar, B para bomba, H para pular, G para trocar de arma e Q para alternar entre armas. O Player 2 utiliza as setas do teclado para locomoção, L para atirar, J para bomba, K para pular e U para trocar de arma. Ambos podem escalar paredes pulando contra elas com W ou seta para cima.
