Em Zombie Mission 5, a quinta edição da série de ação contra zumbis, você assume a missão de resgatar todos os reféns enquanto enfrenta hordas de criaturas. O jogo oferece três níveis de dificuldade: Normal, Hard e Extreme, permitindo que você escolha o desafio ideal. Ao coletar moedas durante as fases, é possível acessar a seção “UPGRADES” para adquirir novas armas e vidas extras. O objetivo final é derrotar o chefe (BOSS) no último nível para completar a missão.

As instruções de como jogar Zombie Mission 5 são simples: no modo cooperativo para dois jogadores, o Player 1 usa as teclas W, A, S, D para se mover, F para atirar, G para granadas, K para pular, e Q para trocar de arma. O Player 2 utiliza as setas do teclado para movimentação, L para atirar, K para pular, e P para trocar de arma. Ambos podem andar pelas paredes com a tecla W (Player 1) ou seta para cima (Player 2).
